Kyra Nelms - Southwest
During the Class D1 State Volleyball Tournament, Nelms had 12 kills, three blocks, one ace, and four digs against Diller-Odell; 24 kills, two blocks, and four digs against EMF; and 15 kills and four digs against BDS.
October 27th - November 2nd Athletes of the Week
Girls
Gracyn Elfeldt - Sutherland
In the D1-11 subdistrict tournament last week, Elfeldt had four kills, 18 digs, and 16 assists in the Sailors 3-0 win over South Platte, and in the 3-2 loss to Brady, Elfeldt had three kills, one block, 37 digs, and 35 assists.
Boys
Grayson Koller - Arapahoe
Koller had a big day in all three phases of the game. He had 15 tackles and three interceptions, he had 46 yards receiving, and a 62-yard punt return for a touchdown in their 30-22 loss in the second round of the Class D1 Playoffs against Shelby-Rising City.

Ashley Robertson - Wallace
Robertson placed 4th at the Class D Girls State Cross Country Meet last Friday with a time of 20:10.8.

Casey Walker - Wauneta-Palisade
Walker had 141 yards rushing and two touchdowns in the Broncos’ 59-20 win over Medicine Valley last week.
October 13th - October 19th Athletes of the Week
Girls
Hailey Edwards - Hi-Line
Edwards placed 9th at the D-5 District with a time of 23:23.47, which qualified her for the state meet as an individual and helped qualify the girls team.
Boys
Jesse Reyes - Maxwell
In Maxwell’s 58-28 win over Brady last week, Reyes had 196 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries.

Ashley Robertson - Wallace
Robertson was crowned the RPAC Champion as she placed 1st with a time of 20:32.62 on the Hayes Center Golf Club.
Brooklyn Evans - Bertrand
Evans had a solid week as she had 11 kills and eight digs against Doniphan-Trumbull. Against Loomis, she had 14 kills, three blocks, two aces, and five digs. In the match with Ansley-Litchfield, she had seven kills, two aces, and 16 digs. She had 13 kills and 20 digs in their win over Wilcox-Hildreth. Against Mullen, she had 11 kills and 23 digs. Against Ainsworth, she had 10 kills and 11 digs and against Hay Springs she had 18 kills and 15 digs.

Kael Garrett - Medicine Valley
Garrett was crowned the RPAC Champion as he placed 1st with a time of 17:29.81 on the Hayes Center Golf Club.
Kreyton Wiese - Wauneta-Palisade
Wiese led the Broncos with 253 yards rushing and four touchdowns in their 41-39 loss to Southwest.

Brooklyn Holtze - Cambridge
At the McCook Triangular on Tuesday, Holtze had 15 kills, two aces, two blocks, and six digs in the Trojans 2-1 win over Cozad, and in their 2-0 sweep over McCook, Holtze had six kills and eight digs. In Thursday’s 3-0 sweep over MHC, Holtze had 20 kills, two aces, one block, and nine digs.

Ethan Latta - Dundy County Stratton
In the Tiger’s 42-21 win over North Platte St. Pat’s, Latta had 151 yards rushing and two touchdowns, 157 yards receiving and three scores, 11 tackles, as well as an interception.

Illa Gosnell - Maxwell
At the tough Ogallala Invite last Thursday, Gosnell placed 6th with a time of 22:18.6.

Houston Billeter - Southwest
In the Roughriders 67-45 loss to Wallace, Billeter had 402 yards passing which is a new school record and six touchdown passes.
Trenton Williams - Southwest
Williams had 16 catches, a new 6-man state record, and 243 yards, a new school record, and four receiving touchdowns in the Roughriders 67-45 loss to Wallace.
September 15th - September 21st Athletes of the Week

Aspen Billeter - Southwest
In Southwest’s 3-0 sweep over Wauneta-Palisade, Billeter had three aces and 34 assists. At the McCook tournament, Billeter had 15 assists in their 2-0 sweep against Alliance, 27 assists in their 2-1 win against McCook, and 24 assists in their 2-0 sweep against Chase County.

Kael Garrett - Medicine Valley
Garrett took 1st at Alma last Monday with a time of 18:14.68 and 1st at Arapahoe last Thursday with a time of 18:40.02.

Tierston Moore - Alma
Moore had nine kills and eight digs against Wilcox-Holdrege, six aces and two kills against Northern Valley, KS, 17 kills, three blocks, and 10 digs against Elm Creek, 14 kills and 11 digs against Wauneta-Palisade, nine kills and seven digs against Hitchcock County, and 18 kills, four blocks, and 13 digs against Arapahoe.
Boys
Ethan Latta - Dundy County Stratton
In the Tigers, 44-0 win over Sutherland, Latta had an effect on the game from both sides of the ball. He had 102 yards rushing, 78 yards receiving, three touchdowns, and a pick.
September 1st - September 7th Athletes of the Week
Girls
Kaley Sauser - Wallace
In the Wildcats Tuesday triangular Sauser had 17 assists against Arthur County and 17 assists against Cody-Kilgore. In Thursday’s triangular, Sauser had 21 assists and 10 digs against Sandhills Valley and 17 assists against Hyannis. In the Wildcats dual with Creek Valley on Friday, Sauser posted 20 assists and three aces. At the end of the week Wallace remained at 6-0.
Boys
Tayten Koeppen - Cambridge
In the Trojans 32-12 win over Franklin, Koeppen had 13 carries for 129 yards and two scores on the ground. He was also the leading receiver with two catches for 60 yards and a score. Koeppen also had an interception in the game.

Will Cacy - Arapahoe
Cacy led the rushing attack with 207 yards on 14 carries and three touchdowns in their 44-14 win over Cambridge.

Kaitlyn Bradley - Southern Valley/Alma
Bradley of the Southern Valley/Alma Saints was a monster at the plate in two games versus Chadron. On Thursday, August 22nd in Chadron, during their 9-8 win, she hit a grand slam.
In their 8-6 win at the Lexington Invite on Saturday, August 24th, she hit a solo shot and a three-run homer too.
