RPAC GIRL'S TRACK AND FIELD RESULTS AS OF 3/19

UNK INDOOR CLASS D

Bertrand and Wallace competed last Thursday.


In the 55-meter dash, Ella Brown from Bertrand placed 8th with a time of 8.39 seconds. In the 200-meter dash, Kendyl Flaming from Wallace placed 3rd with a time of 29.59 seconds, Brooke Bryant of Wallace finished 14th with a time of 32.45 seconds and Mallory McConnell finished 20th with a time of 33.80 seconds.


In the 400 meter dash, it was Bertrand freshman, Shelby Schoene, who took home the gold medal with a 1st place finish and a time of 1:07.36, Bryant of Wallace placed 3rd with a time of 1:12.36, and McConnell of Wallace finished 6th with a time of 1:15.95. In the 800-meter run, Ryleigh Hanson finished 1st with a time of 2:47.89, Reagan Pelster finished 5th with a time of 3:03.44, and Emma Brown from Bertrand finished 11th with a time of 3:18.62.


In the mile, Kaley Saucer of Wallace took the 1st place finish with a time of 6:15.91 while teammate Ashley Robertson placed 3rd with a time of 6:29.18. Also in the mile, Addison Andersen of Bertrand finished 7th with a time of 6:44.75, Ellianna Robertson finished in 8th with a time of 6:45.96, Ashlynn Edgren of Bertrand finished 11th in 7:02.65 and Addison Hansen finished 15th with a time of 7:28.72. In the 3200-meter run, it was handed over to the cameras as teammates from Wallace Ashley Robertson and Dajana Garrison crossed the line at nearly the same time. Robertson edged Garrison for 1st as her time read 13:55.49 and Garrison's time read 13:55.50. Ellianna Robertson from Wallace also ran in the 3200 and finished 4th with a time of 14:41.98.

In the 55 meter hurdles, Flaming of Wallace placed 1st with a time of 9.41 seconds, Aislin Kidder placed 3rd with a time of 10.36 seconds, Schoene of Bertrand placed 6th in 10.69 seconds, and Karlie Finley finished 7th in 10.86 seconds.


In the 4x400 meter relay, Wallace finished 1st with a time of 4:38.40 and was run by Mariana Acevez-Lopex, Garrison, Hanson, and Flaming. In the 4x800 meter relay, it was Wallace again who finished 1st in 11:27.34 with Acevez-Lopez, Hanson, Pelster, and Sauser. Bertrand finished 5th with a time of 12:58.28 run by Andersen, Edgren, Brown, and Bethany Pelton.


In the shot put, Finley placed 2nd with a throw of 30'10.25". The Bertrand throwers came in 4th, 5th, and 6th; Libby Kugler threw 28'10", Gracey Hinson threw 28'7.25", and Leah Schutz threw 27'1". Kendall McClintock of Wallace finished 8th with a throw of 26'and Pelster of Wallace threw 22'10.50" to finish 14th.

McConnell of Wallace finished 3rd in the high jump with a jump of 4'8" and Flaming of Wallace finished 5th with a jump of 4'6". In the pole vault, Kidder of Bertrand and Schoene of Bertrand tied for 2nd with a jump of 7'6". Hansen of Bertrand also placed 6th with a jump of 7'.


Finley from Wallace finished 3rd in the long jump with a jump of 14'5", Brown of Bertrand placed 5th with a leap of 14'1", Garrison of Wallce finished 8th with a jump of 13'2", and Schoene of Bertrand finished 10th with a jump of 13'1.5". In triple jump, Bryant of Wallace finished 3rd with a jump of 29'7.5", Andersen of Bertrand finished 7th with a jump of 26'0.5", Devin Gisselmann of Wallace finished 9th with a jump of 25'5.5", and Brown of Bertrand finished 10th with a jump of 25'5".


UNK INDOOR CLASS B/C

Maywood-Hayes Center was supposed to compete in the Class D meet on Thursday but due to hazardous road conditions, the Wolves decided to attend the Class B/C meet on Saturday.


In the 55-meter dash, Kiley Hejtmanek finished 3rd with a time of 7.61 seconds. Hejtmanek placed 1st in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.72 while Blayklee Farr finished 6th with a time of 29.74, and Keslie Cox finished 10th with a time of 30.97.


In the 400-meter dash, it was Hejtmanek again who placed 1st with a time of 1:03.19 and Karissa Stengel placed 4th in 1:07.98. In the 800-meter run, Reagan Stengel placed 1st with a time of 2:37.16, Kassidy Hatfield placed 5th in 3:07.51, and Maddie Merritt placed 6th in 3:15.66.

In the mile run, Ashlin Broz placed 4th with a time of 6:12.71 and Ava Hardin placed 9th in 6:24.08. In the 3200-meter run, Merritt placed 3rd in 15:20.31 while Aubrey Broz placed 5th in 16:34.37.


In the 55-meter hurdles, Cox finished 5th with a time of 10.59 while Jenna Ingison placed 7th in 12.24.



In the 4x400 meter relay, the Wolves placed 1st with a time of 4:26.44 with A. Broz, R. Stengel, K. Stengel, and Hejtmanek running. MHC also placed 1st in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 11:04.56 with A. Broz, Hardin, Hatfield, and R. Stengel running.

In the high jump, K. Stengel placed 3rd with a jump of 4'6" and Cox finished 10th with a leap of 4'.


Farr placed 1st in the long jump as she was able to pop off a jump of 16'1". Grace Loomis finished 8th with a jump of 12'8" and Ingison finished 10th with a jump of 12'7". In triple jump, Farr finished 6th with a jump of 28'5" and Loomis finished 8th with a jump of 27'11".


In the shot put, Kendall Mackenzie finished 17th with a throw of 23'6.75".
