It was a lighter week of meets this week as a couple of schools took part in a quad last Monday otherwise the main focus was the RPAC meet last Thursday. Check out all those results here.

In the 100m dash, Tierston Moore of Alma placed 1st with a time of 13.22, Vanesa Aguayo of Southern Valley placed 3rd with a time of 13.86, Brecklyn Hammond of Southern Valley placed 4th with a time of 14.01, Tayley Becker of Southern Valley placed 6th with a time of 14.12, and Kaitlyn Bradley of Alma placed 7th with a time of 14.28.
In the 200m dash, Aguayo of Southern Valley placed 1st with a time of 28.62, Lorelie Howart of Southern Valley placed 3rd with a time of 29.46, Natalee Holste of Southern Valley placed 4th with a time of 29.67, Bradley of Alma placed 5th with a time of 29.81, Samantha Stone of Alma placed 6th with a time of 32.76 and Sydney Baker of Alma placed 8th with a time of 32.87.
In the 400m dash, Becker of Southern Valley placed 2nd with a time of 67.22, Bradley of Alma placed 4th with a time of 73.03, and Stone of Alma placed 5th with a time of 75.66.
In the 800m run, Kamryn Scott of Alma placed 1st with a time of 2:31.54, Addison Siebels of Alma placed 4th with a time of 2:54.77, Chayse Molzahn of Alma placed 5th with a time of 2:55.75, Becker of Southern Valley placed 6th with a time of 2:59.27, and Elizabeth Dubbs of Alma placed 7th with a time of 3:03.33.
In the 1600m run, Harper Fennel of Alma placed 3rd with a time of 6:27.57, Siebels of Alma placed 4th with a time of 6:37.36, and Hayden Deyle of Alma placed 7th with a time of 6:47.86.
In the 3200m run, Fennel of Alma placed 3rd with a time of 14:07.44 and Deyle of Alma placed 6th with a time of 15:55.14.
In the 100m hurdles, Moore of Alma placed 1st with a time of 15.97, Hammond of Southern Valley placed 2nd with a time of 18.13, and Kamri Neal of Alma placed 5th with a time of 19.08.
In the 300m hurdles, Moore of Alma placed 1st with a time of 48.47 and Neal of Alma placed 3rd with a time of 58.17.
In the 4x100m relay, Southern Valley placed 3rd with a time of 55.16 and was run by Hammond, Holste, Howart, and Agauyo. Alma placed 5th with a time of 58.94 and was run by Dubbs, Neal, Scott, and Miley Whitney.
In shot put, Brynn Baily of Southern Valley placed 5th with a throw of 32'9" and Taylor Pool of Alma placed 8th with a throw of 26'1".
In discus, Baily of Southern Valley placed 4th with a toss of 102'9" and Pool of Alma placed 7th with a toss of 76'0".
In high jump, Molzahn of Alma was in a 3-way tie for 2nd with a jump of 4'8".
In pole vault, Whitney of Alma placed 5th with a vault of 6'6".
In long jump, Bradley of Alma placed 4th with a jump of 14'1-", Holste of Southern Valley placed 5th with a jump of 14'6.75", Howart of Southern Valley placed 6th with a jump of 14'6.5", and Aguayo of Southern Valley placed 7th with a jump of 14'6.25".
In triple jump, Howart of Southern Valley placed 3rd with a jump of 30'11" and Holste of Southern Valley placed 4th with a jump of 30'10".
