We featured the Cambridge Boy's Basketball Team in our first episode of the RPAC Rundown Preseason Spotlight Series. Cambridge is coming from an 11-13 season and a 4th-place finish in the RPAC Tournament. They return a solid group of players, seven with varsity experience.
In that group of seven, it includes four returning starters. Seniors Carson Trompke, (11 points per game last season) Brohdey Wood, (six points and seven rebounds per game last year) Ben Hoberty, (seven points and six rebounds per game last season) and sophomore Brady Ahlemeyer (seven points per game last season and 36 made three-pointers).
Sophomores Maverick Webb, Braydon Miller, and Hodge Raburn will be important for Cambridge too. Webb is recovering from shoulder surgery but hopes to compete this season.
Another intriguing piece to this team is the transfer of Krayton Ruggles. Ruggles played in 20 games last season and averaged six points per game and is uber-athletic.
We also go in-depth with Head Coach Clay Shepard his basketball background and his coaching philosophies.
Enjoy the episode and thanks to our sponsors.
