Hi-Line was the next school featured in our RPAC Rundown Report: 2024 Summer Weights Series.
Normally throughout the summer Eustis-Farnam and Elwood don't lift together but they were more than willing to get together for us to film this project. Thank you so much to the coaches and admin for working with us.
With that being said, the two schools work together to keep their lifting similar and on the same trajectory for their athletic goals during the school year however they have to make modifications based on what each school has for equipment.
We hear from coaches Zach Schmidt, Jordan Wetovick, athletes Bentley Stubbs, Ellaray Koch, and Brody Diefenbaugh in this episode.
