
Most of the RPAC teams are wrapping up their regular season this week while some will still have a match after the RPAC tournament. The RPAC Tournament will begin this week on Thursday, October 17th, and will also occur on Monday, October 21st, and Tuesday, October 22nd. Brackets for the RPAC tournament can be found at the bottom of the blog.
Alma
On Tuesday, Alma hosted Southern Valley for a dual and fell 3-2. This was an RPAC Rundown Featured Matchup and you can read more about it here.
On Thursday, SEM came to town and the Cardinals took care of business as they earned the 3-0 sweep with set scores of 25-22, 25-19, and 25-16. Chayse Molzahn had 17 kills in the match. Mercedes Garner had 13 digs, Kamryn Scott had 10 digs, and Miley Whitney had three aces, 12 digs, and 30 assists.
Alma is now 17-8 on the season and will travel to Hi-Line on Tuesday for a dual before the RPAC Tournament begins on Thursday. Arapahoe
Arapahoe wrapped up their regular season this week with a few duals.
They began the week hosting Axtell on Tuesday. The Warriors dropped the first two sets, 25-16 and 25-21, won the third set 26-24, and then dropped set four 26-24, and the match, 3-1. Emma Strand had 13 kills, Sage Larson had 29 digs, Rylee Bahe had 23 digs and 19 assists, Suttyn Shafer had 20 digs, Sawyer Shafer had 17 digs and 12 assists, and Clara Hilker had 10 digs.
On Thursday, Arapahoe traveled to Northern Valley, KS. The Warriors dropped set one, 27-25, and then won the next three sets 25-21, 25-16, and 25-8 to win the match, 3-1. Desi Farner completed her 4th double-double of the season with 10 kills and 14 digs. Strand had 20 kills in the match hitting .286. Hilker had five aces and 12 digs, Sawyer Shafer had 11 digs, and Bahe had 12 digs and 21 assists.
On Friday, Hi-Line came to town and Arapahoe took set one 25-17, dropped set two 25-23, and then won the next two sets, 25-22 and 25-13. Strand had 12 kills and Farner had nine kills. Sawyer Shafer and Hilker each had four aces, while Sawyer Shafer added 15 digs, Larson had 11 digs, and Bahe had 13 digs and 19 assists.

Bertrand
Bertrand had a busy week as they played seven matches this week to round out their regular season.
It started on Monday with the short trip to Loomis for a triangular with the Wolves and Doniphan-Trumbull. After this triangular, Addison Andersen surpassed 1,000 career assists.
Against the Cardinals, Bertrand got the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-19 and 25-23. Brooklyn Evans posted 11 kills and eight digs, Grace Hock had eight digs, and Andersen had 23 assists.
Bertrand took the first set over Loomis, 25-22, dropped set two 25-15, and then took set three 25-23 to take the match, 2-1. Evans had 14 kills and three blocks, Shelby Schone had three blocks, Livia Philips had nine digs, and Andersen had 11 digs and 21 assists.
On Thursday, the Vikings traveled to Ansley-Litchfield for a triangular with the Spartans and Wilcox-Hildreth.
Against Ansley-Litchfield, Bertrand was swept, 2-0, with set scores of 25-22 and 26-24. Katelyn Evans had 12 kills, B. Evans had 16 digs, Schoene had 13 digs, and Andersen had 13 digs and 26 assists.
Against Wilcox-Hildreth, the Vikings took set one 25-23, dropped set two 25-23, and won the third set 25-12 to win the match, 2-1. B. Evans had 13 kills and 20 digs, Schoene had six aces, Hock had 14 digs, and Andersen had 17 digs and 26 assists.
On Saturday, Bertrand traveled to Anselmo-Merna for a tournament where they faced Mullen, Ainsworth, and Hay Springs.
Mullen swept Bertrand 2-0 with set scores of 29-27 and 25-19. B. Evans had 11 kills and 13 digs, K. Evans had five aces, Schoene had 11 digs, and Andersen had 17 assists.
The Vikings bounced back and got the 2-0 sweep over Ainsworth with set scores of 25-20 and 25-19. Bertrand had 14 aces as a team and were led by K. Evans with six aces, Addy Sand had four aces, and Philips had three aces. B. Evans had 10 kills and 11 digs and Andersen had 23 assists.
Bertrand dropped set one to Hay Springs, 25-22, and then won the next two sets 25-21 and 25-19 to win the match, 2-1. B. Evans had 18 kills and 15 digs, Schoene had 10 kills, 10 digs, and three aces, Andersen had four aces, 12 digs, and 34 assists, and Philips had three blocks.
Bertrand finished their regular season with a record of 16-10 and will be off until the RPAC tournament on Thursday as they wrapped up their regular season on Saturday. Cambridge
On Tuesday, the Trojans traveled to Maxwell for a triangular with the Wildcats and South Loup.
Against South Loup, Cambridge got the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-17 and 25-8. Brooklyn Holtze had seven kills, Joslyn Holtze and Kate Salberg each had six digs, and Mallory Springer had eight digs and 15 assists.
Against Maxwell, Cambridge earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-23 and 25-21. B. Holtze had nine kills, J. Holtze had three aces, three blocks, and 10 digs, Elisabeth Kubik had 13 digs, and Springer had 12 digs and 20 assists.
On Thursday, Cambridge traveled to Hi-Line and swept the Bulls, 3-0, with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, and 25-19.
Cambridge is now 16-7 and will travel to Hitchcock County on Tuesday for a triangular with the Falcons and Southwest to round out their regular season before the RPAC tournament on Thursday. Dundy County Stratton
On Tuesday, the Tigers hosted a triangular with South Platte and Wallace.
Against South Platte, Dundy County Stratton earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-13 and 25-17. Emily Schack had six kills, Ava Lutz and Abi Spargo each had four aces, Clara Spargo had 12 digs, and Laynee Lutz had 15 assists.
Dundy County Stratton swept Wallace, 2-0, with set scores of 25-22 and 25-22. C. Spargo had 10 kills and L. Lutz had 11 digs and 20 assists.
The Tigers are now 14-7 on the year and will round out their regular season with a triangular at home on Tuesday with Hershey and Perkins County before they begin the RPAC tournament on Thursday. Hi-Line
On Tuesday the Bulls hosted SEM and was swept, 3-0, with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, and 25-18. Malia Viter led the team with six kills and Ellaray Koch had three aces, 18 digs, and 13 assists.
On Thursday Hi-Line hosted Cambridge and was swept, 3-0, with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, and 25-19. Lauryn Ruda had nine kills and three aces, Rilee Schutz had 20 digs, and Koch had 25 assists.
Hi-Line hit the road on Friday to Arapahoe for a dual and dropped the first set25-17, won set two 25-23, and lost sets three and four 25-22 and 25-13 and lost the match, 3-1. Ruda had nine kills and three aces, Rilee Schutz had 20 digs, and Koch had 25 assists.
Hi-Line is now 6-18 on the year and will round out the regular season on Tuesday as they will host Alma and then on Thursday begin the RPAC tournament. Hitchcock County
On Tuesday, the Falcons traveled to Colby, KS for a quad and faced Goodland, KS and Decatur Community, KS.
Against Goodland, they earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-17 and 25-10. Kaiah Johnson had nine kills, Riley Hagan had three aces, Madysen Carlson had three blocks, Jill McArthur had seven digs, and Reese Tines had nine assists.
The Falcons swept Decatur Community, 2-0, with set scores of 25-17 and 25-23. Asia Homma had eight kills and McArthur had three aces, nine assists, and 13 digs.
Hitchcock County hosted Wauneta-Palisade for a dual on Thursday for a dual and earned the 3-0 sweep with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, and 25-22. Hagan had 12 kills, Carlson had 10 kills, and Homma had 10 kills. Carlson added seven blocks while McArthur and Raegan Hagan had 21 digs each, Homma had 20 digs, Riley Hagan had 13 digs, and Raegan Hagan had 22 assists. McArthur also had 15 assists.
Hitchcock County is now 13-13 on the season and will wrap up their regular season with a triangular on Tuesday at home when they host Cambridge and Southwest before the RPAC tournament on Thursday. Maxwell hosted a triangular on Tuesday with Cambridge and South Loup.

Against South Loup, Maxwell got the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-10 and 25-11. Cheek had nine kills and five aces, Kylee Wyman had 12 digs, and Christensen had 15 assists.
On Thursday, Maxwell hosted Paxton and got the 3-0 sweep with set scores of 25-10, 25-18, and 25-12. Jenna Miller had 10 kills, Victoria Quick had nine kills, Cheek had three aces, Wyman had 10 digs, and Christensen had 22 assists.
On Saturday, they traveled to North Platte St. Pat's for a triangular with the Irish and Hershey.
Against Hershey Maxwell earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 26-24 and 25-20.
Against the Irish, the Wildcats were swept, 2-0, with set scores of 25-22 and 25-23.
Maxwell is now 15-10 on the season and will close out the regular season on Tuesday when they travel to Sandhills Valley for a dual. Maywood-Hayes Center
The Wolves traveled to Medicine Valley for a triangular on Tuesday with the Raiders and Brady. Against Medicine Valley, the Wolves earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-17 and 25-17. Against Brady, it was another 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-17 and 25-23.
On Thursday, MHC traveled to Southern Valley for a dual and won sets one and two, 25-14 and 25-17, dropped set three 25-19, and won the fourth set 25-10 to win the match, 3-1.

Medicine Valley
The Raiders hosted a triangular on Tuesday with Brady and Maywood-Hayes Center.
Against Brady, the Raiders took set one 26-24 and then dropped sets two and three 27-25 and 25-7 to lose the match, 2-1. Remmi Stout had nine kills, Kamree Elsten had 12 digs, and Haylie Gustafson had 16 assists.
Against MHC, the Raiders were swept, 2-0, with set scores of 25-17 and 25-17. Stout had nine kills and 12 digs and Gustafson had five assists.
On Thursday, Medicine Valley hosted Southwest and was swept, 3-0, with set scores of 25-15, 25-6, and 25-8. Stout had nine kills and nine digs and Gustafson had six assists.
Wallace traveled to Medicine Valley on Friday for a dual and took sets one and two, 25-18 and 25-16, the Raiders took set three 25-21, and Wallace took set four 25-15, and the match, 3-1. Stout had 16 kills, 14 digs, and four blocks, Oakley Stout had nine kills and three blocks, TeeJay Hildebrandt had 12 digs, and Gustafson had 13 digs and 17 assists.

Paxton hosted Leyton on Tuesday and was swept, 3-0, with set scores of 25-20, 25-9, and 25-12. Emmalee Nicholson and Jakcee Mitchell each had six kills in the match, Mitchell added 13 digs, Jaleigh Hansen had 13 digs, Reece Glinn had 12 digs, Nicholson added 10 digs, and Madison Hansen added 13 assists.

Southern Valley

On Thursday, the Eagles hosted Maywood-Hayes Center and lost 3-1 after dropping sets one and two, 25-14 and 25-17, winning set three 25-19 and dropping set four 25-20 and the match, 3-1.
On Saturday, Southern Valley traveled to Thayer Central for a tournament with four matches. They faced Holdrege, Thayer Central, Milford, and Central Valley.
Against Holdrege, the Eagles were swept, 2-0, with set scores of 25-17 and 25-15.
Against Thayer Central, Southern Valley was swept, 2-0, with set scores of 25-14 and 25-12.
Southern Valley was swept by Milford, 2-0, with set scores of 25-16 and 25-12.
The Eagles were also swept by Central Valley, 2-0, with set scores of 25-20 and 25-23.

Southwest
The Roughriders traveled to Chase County for a triangular with the Longhorns and North Platte St. Pats.
Against North Platte St. Pat's, the Roughriders earned the 2-0 sweep with set scores of 25-11 and 25-11. Kyra Nelms had nine kills and Atleigh Nelms had nine kills and seven digs. Anastasia Gallegos had four aces and Aspen Billeter had 21 assists.
Against Chase County, the Longhorns took set one 25-19 and then Southwest responded and took sets two and three 25-22 and 28-26. Atleigh Nelms had 12 kills and 17 digs, Kyra Nelms had 10 kills, Anikka Nelms had 10 kills, Allison VanPelt had 14 digs, and Billeter had 29 assists.
On Thursday, Southwest traveled to Medicine Valley and got the 3-0 sweep with set scores of 25-15, 25-6, and 25-8. K. Nelms had seven kills and seven aces, Atleigh Nelms had five aces and 13 digs, Gallegos had 15 digs, three aces, and three blocks, and Billeter had 28 assists.
Southwest is now 24-0 and will travel to Hitchcock County for a triangular with the Falcons and Cambridge on Tuesday to wrap up their regular season. Sutherland
Sutherland hosted Sandhill/Thedford on Tuesday and was swept 3-0 with set scores of 26-24, 25-10, 25-21. Reese Erbert and Mahala Vasquez each had six kills in the match. Fallyn Elfeldt had four aces and 30 digs, Erbert added 16 digs, and Vasquez had 10 digs. Gracyn Elfeldt had 18 assists in the match.
The Sailors went on the road to Hershey for a dual on Thursday and got the 3-0 sweep with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, and 26-24. Erbert and Vasquez had eight kills each. Vasquez had four aces while F. Elfeldt had 21 digs, Erbert had 12 digs, and G. Elfeldt had 21 digs and 20 assists.

Wallace
Wallace hosted a triangular on Tuesday with South Platte and Dundy County Stratton.
Against South Platte, it was a 2-0 sweep for the Wildcats with set scores of 25-11 and 25-17. Reagan Finley led the team with six kills, Kaley Sauser and Devin Giesselmann each had three aces, and Sauser added 10 assists and 10 digs.
Dundy County Stratton swept Wallace, 2-0, with set scores of 25-22 and 25-22. Mallory McConnell had eight kills, Finley had 12 digs, and Giesselmann had 10 assists.
On Friday, Wallace traveled to Medicine Valley for a dual and took sets one and two with set scores of 25-18 and 25-16, dropped the third set 25-21, and won set four 25-15 and won the match, 3-1. Wallace had 11 aces in the match with Sauser and Mariana Aceves-Lopez each had four aces. Finley had 18 kills and 18 digs, Aceves-Lopez had 12 digs, Giesselmann had 14 digs and 20 assists, and Sauser had 18 digs and 15 assists.

Wauneta-Palisade
The Broncos traveled to Perkins County on Tuesday for a triangular with Perkins County as well as Garden County.
Against Garden County, Wauneta-Palisade dropped set one 25-19, won set two 25-19, and dropped set three 25-22 and the match, 2-1. They were swept by Perkins County, 2-0, with set scores of 25-18 and 25-16.
On Thursday, they hit the road to Hitchcock County and were swept 3-0 with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, and 25-22.
