Week 6 RPAC Football Results

Another week of football has been wrapped up. Some great wins for a number of conference schools. Before we dive into the results, let's check out the MNB Realty Football Scoreboard.


Alma & Arapahoe


The Warriors and the Cardinals played one another on Friday night. Arapahoe kept things rolling, winning 56-16 over Alma. Arapahoe scored all of their points in the first half, 21 in the first quarter and 35 in the second. Alma was able to score 16 points in the third quarter.


For Arapahoe, Will Cacy had 130 yards rushing and two scores. Grayson Koller added 122 yards and a score. Trenton Roskop had a rushing touchdown too. Kade Fisher had 62 yards receiving and a touchdown. Noah Williams had 62 yards passing and a touchdown.


Roskop had six tackles. and Hayden Sich had five tackles. Will Cacy had a pick as did Grayson Koller.


For Alma, Zavier Mitchell had 55 yards passing, 17 rushing yards and a touchdown. Isaiah Neal had 48 yards rushing and a touchdown. Miles Ford had 37 yards rushing. Grady Faimon caught three balls for 45 yards. Parker Seyler led the Cardinals with eight tackles.


Arapahoe moves to 6-0 and will play on Friday at 7:00 P.M. CT against Hi-Line at home. Alma is 1-5 and will face Dundy County Stratton on Friday at 8:00 P.M. CT on the road.





Bertrand


Bertrand faced Overton and fell. It was an RPAC Rundown Featured Matchup. Read the game story here.


Bertrand is now 1-5 and will play Loomis at home in a rivalry game on Thursday at 7:00 P.M.


Cambridge & Maywood-Hayes Center


Cambridge and Maywood-Hayes Center took each other on in a D2-8 District game Thursday night. Cambridge took care of business, blanking the Wolves 42-0. It was 0-0 as nothing happened on the scoreboard. Cambridge though, opened things up in the second period, scoring 12. In the second half, they kept things rolling putting up 30.


Abram Norton had 110 yards passing and two touchdowns. Cambridge had two one-hundred-yard rushers as Tayten Koeppen had 107 yards and a score, and Jayden Ruf had 100 yards and a score. Abram Norton had 46 yards and a touchdown and Russel Norton had 29 yards and a touchdown.




Brady Ahlemeyer had 51 yards and a touchdown receiving, Carter Hanes had a receiving touchdown, and Krayton Ruggles had six catches for 49 yards. On defense, Ruf had 16 tackles and Maverick Webb had 14. Krayton Ruggles had three interceptions in the game too.


For MHC, Grady Erickson had 104 yards rushing and Kade Broz had 41 yards. Broz had 13 tackles and Jaxson Anders had 10.


MHC is now 2-4 and will be at Hitchcock County on Friday at 7:00 P.M. CT. Cambridge is 4-2 and will face Overton on Friday on the road at 2:15 P.M. CT.






Dundy County Stratton


Some may call it an upset, but we weren't shocked when we heard Dundy County Stratton beat North Platte St. Pat's. Both teams are very solid. The score was a little bit of a shocker. DCS was able to take down the Irish 42-21 on Thursday night.


DCS moves to 5-1 and will play Alma at home on Friday at 7:00 P.M. CT.


Hitchcock County


The Falcons faced a tough Loomis team on Thursday. Loomis won at home, 48-22. Hitchcock County could not keep Jace Schukar in check with 292 yards and four touchdowns.


Hitchcock County is 4-2 and will play Maywood-Hayes Center at home with kickoff set for 7:00 P.M. CT.







Maxwell


Maxwell went on the road Friday evening to play Mullen. The Wildcats fell in a shootout, 45-42. Maxwell is 2-4 this season and will take the long trip to Bayard next Friday with kickoff set for 7:00 P.M. CT.


Southwest & Medicine Valley


Southwest versus Medicine Valley was an RPAC Rundown Featured Matchup. Southwest won, 51-20. Read the full game story here.





Wallace & Paxton


Wallace and Paxton played a thriller on Friday evening. Wallace won by a narrow margin, 30-28. Paxton led at the end of the first quarter 12-6. Wallace got things rolling a little in the second quarter and led 22-12 at halftime. In the second half, Paxton outscored the Wildcats 16-8, but it wasn't quite enough.


Paxton was led by Wyatt Walker's 69 yards rushing and a touchdown. Joe Eakins had 67 yards and a score. Walker had 50 yards passing and a touchdown and Tanner Hebblethwaite had 62 yards passing and a touchdown. Joe Eakins had 60 yards receiving and two touchdowns too.


On defense, Eakins had 19 tackles, Maddex Mcconnell had 13, and Walker had 11.


Wallace was led by Asthin Johns and his 151 yards on the ground and two touchdowns. Conner Kennicutt had 37 yards and a touchdown receiving. Colt Franklin was 2-7 with 37 yards and a touchdown. Ashtin Johns had a touchdown pass too.


Kennicutt led the Wallace Wildcats with 12 tackles.


Paxton is now 3-2 and will face SEM on Friday at 1:30 P.M. MT on the road. Wallace improves to 4-1 and will play at Medicine Valley at 3:00 P.M. CT.


Sutherland


The Sailors played Hemingford on the road Friday evening and fell 26-6. The Sailors are now 1-5 this season and will play Kimball on Friday at home at 6:00 P.M. CT.






Wauneta-Palisade


Wauneta-Palisade hosted SEM on Friday and lost 48-20. The Broncos found themselves down 26-12 at halftime. The Mustangs kept things rolling in the second half outscoring the Broncos 22-8.


For the Broncos, Nathan Blackman was 8-12 with 117 yards. Casey Walker had 16 yards rushing and a touchdown, Kreyton Wiese had 90 yards and two touchdowns and Ayden Baker had 50 yards. Nathan Blackman led the Broncos with 12 tackles.


Wauneta-Palisade will host Southwest at 6:00 P.M. MT on Friday.
