Week 8 RPAC Football Results

Well, for the 8-man RPAC Football teams, the regular season is wrapped, and five of the teams made the playoffs. For the rest, their seasons are done. 6-man football of course has one more week of the regular season. Before we dive into the full results, let's check out the Football Scoreboard brought to you by MNB Realty.

Of course, with the playoffs beginning for Class D1 and D2 here is how it works per the NSAA. For the First Round of the playoffs, the 32 qualifying teams will be placed on two 16-team brackets. Beginning with the school located the farthest west, schools to the east will be added until the pre-determined number of schools (16) for each bracket is reached. North and South distances will not be considered. The 16 teams on each bracket will be seeded 1 through 16 by the point system and the point system tiebreaker.

The sixteen first-round winning teams will then be re-seeded 1 through 16 on a statewide bracket using the regular season point system and point system tiebreaker.
